Families
Built for multi-generational gatherings — lolas, apos, and everyone in between. Children are welcome, the pool area is gated and visible from the house, and you will never share the property with strangers.
The Experience
Asana — Sanskrit for seat, posture, abode. A place you settle into.
Asana isn't a brand of luxury. It's a posture — a way of arriving. The house is built around it: low light, long shadows, an open garden, and nothing in the way of rest. Furniture you can sit in for an afternoon. A pool you can hear from the bedroom. A kitchen that asks to be cooked in.
We didn't design Asana to impress. We designed it to disappear — so the trees, the breeze, and the people you came with do the work instead. That's the philosophy: nature first, quiet craft, and a home that gets out of your way.
Built for multi-generational gatherings — lolas, apos, and everyone in between. Children are welcome, the pool area is gated and visible from the house, and you will never share the property with strangers.
A quiet, private home ten kilometers off the Tagaytay ridge. Close to the restaurants, viewpoints, and coffee farms — but tucked into a residential street where the loudest sound is usually the breeze.
For friends who want a real home, not a resort. Open-concept living, a full kitchen, a long dining table, and a pool deck made for unhurried afternoons.
We're probably not right for you if you're planning a loud party, a large event, or a group that needs a DJ. Our neighborhood is residential and quiet. We love that about it.
