Booking
How do I book Asana Amadeo directly?
Submit an inquiry via our Book page. We confirm availability and pricing within 24 hours, then collect a 50% downpayment to secure your dates.
What payment methods do you accept for direct bookings?
GCash, BPI bank transfer, and PayPal. Full balance due on check-in.
Can I also book on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Our Airbnb listing is at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1173086498393602645. Note that platform bookings include service fees — direct bookings are always our best rate.
What is your minimum stay?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 2–3 weeks for weekdays and 4–6 weeks for weekends and long weekends. Peak holiday periods (Christmas, Holy Week, summer) book out 1–2 months in advance.
House Rules
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Extensions are subject to availability at ₱1,000/hour.
Is Asana Amadeo a party venue?
No. We have a strict no-party policy. We are in a family-friendly residential neighborhood. Karaoke must end by 10:00 PM and the pool pump turns off at 9:30 PM.
Can I bring extra guests beyond those registered?
Additional visitors are charged ₱500 per head. Maximum capacity is 12 guests.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking inside the villa. Designated outdoor areas only.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children 4 and under stay free when sharing a bed with a parent or guardian. The pool is 3ft–5ft deep — children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Amenities
Is the pool heated?
No, the pool is not heated. Water temperature reflects the ambient Amadeo climate, which is naturally cooler than Manila.
Is there a caretaker on site?
Yes, a caretaker is available during your stay to assist. Tipping is warmly appreciated.
What cooking equipment is available?
Full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, 10-cup rice cooker, electric kettle, cookware and utensils. A complimentary 5-gallon water jug is provided.
Is there karaoke?
Yes. The Smart TV includes a karaoke function. Must end by 10:00 PM.
Location
How far is Asana Amadeo from Tagaytay?
Approximately 10 km — about 15–20 minutes by car.
How do I get there from Manila?
Via CALAX (Cavite-Laguna Expressway), approximately 1 hour 10 mins from Metro Manila. Exact directions provided upon booking.
Is Grab available?
Grab is available from Tagaytay proper. For direct transfers from Manila, we recommend pre-arranged transport. Inquire with host.
Payment
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on check-in.
